DesignerWhy We Have This RoleWe are seeking a Senior UX Designer in
Seattle, WA to join our passionate team. Our leaders and customers
expect and encourage us to push the boundaries of enterprise
products, envisioning across all platforms to impact the product
roadmap and customer goals. This role will focus on our Customer
Experience product line.How You'll Find Success
- Envision a 1-2 year future in UX design, evolving by listening
to customers and ideating groundbreaking solutions.
- Identify and address UX issues and opportunities, ensuring they
are resolved.
- Collaborate across software development, product management,
and marketing to create fluid, intuitive experiences that scale
across desktop and mobile.
- Create interactive prototypes and wireframes, iterating based
on stakeholder feedback and usability testing.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies,
seeking professional development opportunities.How You'll Grow
- Develop standards for sharing and documenting design patterns
to enable global engineering teams to build confidently.
- Engage directly with customers to learn how Qualtrics can
better integrate into their workflows.
- Show technical acumen by grasping complex concepts early and
sharing insights.What You'll Do
- Create low- and high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes to
communicate and test design ideas.
- Partner with engineering and product leads on a roadmap that
pushes the boundaries of experience design.
- Participate in UX critiques, share your work, and iterate based
on feedback.
- Translate usability study data into UI improvements,
prioritizing them into sprint planning for immediate impact.
- Incorporate the latest interaction design standards and trends
to create intuitive enterprise products.What We're Looking For On
Your Resume
- 6+ years of experience in information architecture, UX, or
interaction design.
- Bachelor's degree in design, HCI, or related fields; Master's
preferred.
- Portfolio demonstrating shipped products and your process.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication
skills.
- Knowledge of web accessibility principles and experience
designing accessible products.
- Proficiency in Figma; familiarity with Coda and Jira is a
