Job Description:
Overview
Reports to: Manager Enterprise Architecture
Functions Supervised: None
Primary Functions: Drive business transformation through the
creation of enterprise architectures that align current and future
technology decisions with company strategy. Develop enterprise
architecture strategies, roadmaps, and standards that promote
informed, effective, and impactful business and technology
investment decisions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Management,
Business Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or related
field.
Creditable Experience in Lieu of Education: Equivalent in technical
training and/or work experience. Knowledge of Enterprise
Architecture Fundamentals; exposure to Enterprise Architecture
software tools desired. Management/technology consulting
experience. Demonstrated experience across multiple domains
including cloud, networking, application development, or
automation.
Experience/Skills: Ten years progressive experience working closely
with Information Management or related fields with at least 3 of
those spent in an Architect role and with at least two years in a
senior role. Banking or Credit Union environment industry
experience. Familiarity with Agile practices and Product Management
methodologies. Intermediate to expert experience in SQL, Microsoft
Excel, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Power Point and Microsoft Share
Point. Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture Fundamentals; exposure
to Enterprise Architecture software tools desired. Excellent
written, verbal, communication, and presentation skills with the
ability to articulate new ideas and concepts to technical and
nontechnical audiences. Strong consulting skills such as targeted
communications, engagement management, stakeholder management and
business development.
Tenure: Assignment to the Enterprise Architect I category 08,
Enterprise Architect II category 07 or Senior Enterprise Architect
category 06 will be determined by the candidate's education or
experience. Advancement requires management recommendation and will
be based on the candidate's certifications and/or performance.
Compensation
Salary Pay Range:
Starting base salary will be determined based on candidate
experience, qualifications, education, and local or state wage
requirements, if applicable and will fall within the range provided
above.
