What You'll Do:

Partner with our maintenance team performing general maintenance projects including installations and repairs involving plumbing and electrical equipment, fire and sprinkler equipment, HVAC, landscape, carpentry work, painting, and equipment repair. Assist with the physical upkeep and maintenance of both the interior and exterior of our community and the surrounding property.

What You'll Need:

High school diploma or GED preferred, one or two years of general maintenance experience in a similar environment, and ability to communicate with residents and other team members.

Team player who is a self-starter, has great customer service skills and the ability to multi-task. Enjoy working alongside and learning from a seasoned professional Maintenance Director who has extensive knowledge and experience.
