Our Embroidery (Logo) Production Team Members work on a four-person team to produce embroidery logos for professional sports teams, colleges, major corporations, golf tournaments and clubs on our exceptional sportswear. We train applicants with good work skills to help their team meet quality and production standards on a daily basis, but don't have any prior embroidery or sewing experience. Our company is looking for people who are cooperative, have a great attention to detail, show a high work ethic, and take pride in their workmanship. We would love to share more about the position and our locally-grown company.Position: Embroidery Machine OperatorDepartment: Embroidery ProductionSwing Shift Hours: Monday thru Friday 3:00pm to 11:30pmRate: $20.00 per hour + $1.00 per hour for Shift Differential + $1.00 per hour for Seasonal differential + ability to earn up to an additional $4.00 per hour in Incentive Pay. Upon completion of training, Base pay is $20.50 per hour and $1,000 training bonus! Overtime regularly available for Embroidery employees.

ScheduleMonday through Friday 3pm to 1130pmTwo 15-minute breaks and one 30 minute unpaid lunchOvertime may be available as a 9 hour day or one weekend day during peaksSwing Shift - 3pm to 1130pm Monday through Friday. Voluntary Overtime at peak seasons.
