Job Description:

Currently seeking a qualified Director to manage a growing Certified Nursing Assistant training academy.



? 10-15 years? experience as an RN (gaps in experience is fine)


? Familiar with state regulations and knowledge


? Management experience


? Able to work with students from a diverse background


? Some teaching experience required


? They will be supervising the instructors/students


? They will be leading the registration processes of the academy ? Experience understanding budgets/P&L


? No finance/payroll experience necessary


? They can be based in Olympia, Tacoma or Seattle


? Some travel required (regional)
