We have TOO many leads and WE need your help!

Our TEAM is one of the TOP producing teams in WA STATE, and we are one of the TOP PRODUCING OFFICES and we have a problem!!!

Our problem is that we have too many leads and our current agents can't handle all of them! Our marketing is working so well that we need to add 3 buyers agents to our team ASAP!!

We are looking for applicants that meet the following criteria:

--- Desire to help others find their dream home while making money
--- Willing to follow a proven model for success
--- Have a Real Estate license or willing to get one

Responsibilities:
--- Teachable with a can-do attitude
--- Primary duties include follow-ups, e-mail communication and overall management of sales pipeline
--- Provide world-class customer service to clients
--- Manage incoming leads by phone, email, text and contact management system
--- Utilize social media and video

Qualifications:
--- Current Real Estate License or willing to obtain (We can help you get one!)
--- Willingness to learn new technology and systems
--- GRIT, determination and a TEAM player
--- Thrives in a true team environment
--- Fast learner with an ability to be adapted to our changing times
--- Organized, resourceful, detail-oriented, with a friendly focus on customer service
--- Display excellent verbal and written communication skills
--- Ability to multi-task and deals well under pressure
