Job Title: Member Services Representative at Renton

The campus is located in beautiful downtown Seattle and a great opportunity to work with a close-knit team of experienced Member Service Representatives. Our Member Services team fields calls from patients to answer questions about their statements and bills.

Responsibilities include:

Answering phone calls (averaging about 60 per day)
Communicating with patients regarding follow up on claims status, eligibility, benefits, etc.
Provide outstanding customer service

Qualifications:
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Previous experience working in a call center environment
- Experience working in healthcare preferred
- Must pass a background check and drug screen
  
  The opening is a M - F, week day schedule, 40 hours a week!
