Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Member Services Representative to join our team in the travel industry. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our members, ensuring their travel experiences are seamless and unforgettable. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, an outgoing personality, and a passion for travel.

Responsibilities:

--- Assist members with booking and changing travel arrangements
--- Respond to member inquiries in person, by phone or email, and chat
--- Act as a liaison between members and our travel partners
--- Continuously improve member experience by identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions
--- Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

--- 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in the travel industry
--- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
--- Strong attention to detail
--- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
--- Outgoing personality and a passion for travel
--- Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
--- Ability to work flexible daytime hours, and Saturdays (depending on location)
