completion. We have an opening for a TIPM Manager who will be
responsible for data center position inventory creation and
inventory systems. This includes developing and implementing
scalable, data-driven process improvement/automated solutions
opportunities to scale manual tasks in the end-to-end processes for
lifecycle programs with critical networking dependencies. The ideal
candidate will be an exceptionally strong communicator, both
written and verbally, and possess experience in tactical project
management of highly technical initiatives, as well as strategic
program management. Candidate must be comfortable supporting
project delivery teams, networking, infrastructure and regional
operations teams. Ability to work cross-functional matrix-based
teams, establish trust with a variety of stakeholders across
multiple time zones, and develop workflows that eliminate
non-value-add activity, remove blockers, and find creative ways to
optimize our existing data centers. Key job responsibilities -
Serve as people manager for a team of individual contributors. -
Set up, lead and continuously improve the data center position
inventory design and creation process with cross functional
stakeholders - Understand the technical requirements of our
partners and work closely with the internal development teams to
guide the direction of inventory systems. - Execute strategic
business objectives while working with key internal stakeholders to
improve the supply chain with the latest internal and external
information. - Prepare and give detailed data-driven business
reviews to senior management, focused on improving forecasting
accuracy and associated impacts. - You will be a positive
influencer across diverse teams, be able to effectively rally
support for your initiatives, and be able to help deeply technical
teams create simple solutions to meet your program goals. - Keys to

(including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk and critical path
management) experience - 4 years of project management experience -
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Math, Business, Supply Chain or
other related quantitative discipline - Experience managing direct
reports - Experience in technical infrastructure program management

this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include
sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final
compensation will be determined based on factors including
experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers
